OFHA loans. Are they better or worse than other loans?

I just recently qualified for an OFHA loan for my first investment. Can anybody give some insight as to whether or not I should take advantage of this loan opportunity? Or are there other loans out there that are better than this one is as far as down payment assistance goes?
