Advice on How to Handle My Leads Who have no Agent/Mortgage co?

My strategy is to wholetail houses to the end buyer. I create an owner financed note, and then sell it off at closing. This opens up a market of people who couldn't get financing otherwise.

So, out of 5 properties I'm selling, I have qualified (by income, down payment, and urgency to buy a home) about 100 individuals. They aren't working with a realtor, they aren't working with a mortgage company, and 98 of them aren't working with a credit repair specialist.

I don't want these leads to die. I'd like to monetize them. I've talked to a couple lenders in town, and probed to see what exactly they do with leads like these and what value they place of unqualified (credit score) people. Have gotten feedback that they just help them get qualified, but the mortgage companies are more interested in qualified people. I wasn't pushy, and didn't even offer to sell them leads as they came in.

Any ideas WHO I need to seek out in my market? Also, any ideas WHAT I should do with the leads to best use them? (other than send them new properties)

Any advice is welcome.
