Any info in how to get a mortgage with the ITIN number?

Hi,

Hi work just with my ITIN number,I tried to get a mortgage and they ask for 40-50% downpayment.

Anybody have some info about how to get a mortgage witout a social security number?I just have the individuam tax payer number(ITIN),for now.

I have a payroll job and a painting company part time,credit score of 750.

Any toughts?
