Looking for a RE Attorney in NJ to Review a Contract

I was in the process of getting a property under contract on the standard one page contract on BP. The owner did not have a problem with it, however her attorney did and sent me an eight page proposed contract. In addition to this, she removed my clause "to assign the contract". I need another set of skillful eyes to review it.
