Funding for the 1st deal...

Hi all, I am new to the Bigger Pockets and have been digging around all the information.

My husband and I are new investors in flips as we have our own GC company.  We have found so many properties, however the funding is the hurdle at this point.  

Any suggestions that lenders that can help with the first deal to get us or any of us going?

We are as passionate as the experienced investors...an extra push would help.
