Banker & Lender Financing Recommendations

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone in Las Vegas have any recommendations for a banker, lender, mortgage broker etc that is investor savvy? Or maybe some names of community banks, credit unions, or hard money lenders in the Las Vegas area? I'm looking to buy my first investment property and I'm trying to find the best way to purchase it. I am currently purchasing my home so this would be my second. Any advice would be appreciated.
