Need a personal loan in NJ for construction on a 2-family

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I just bought a 2 family house and we don't have enough equity for a HELOC, so now we are looking for a personal loan to do some construction. We are looking for recommendations for lenders who can do longer term (5+ years) low interest loans. We are willing to do a secured line (we also have a condo that we could use to secure the loan). Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
