want to refi land contract...how long do I need to season?

Hello,

I have a property I am trying to refi that is currently financed with a land contract.  I have owned the property for 6 months and tried to go to my usual bank but for a land contract they require 12 month of seasoning.  I have tired a couple other banks and they say the same.

Does anyone know of a bank that will refi a rental property owned via a land contract with only 6 months of seasoning?

Thanks,

Jon
