Looking for a Mortgage Broker in OH to obtain a Pre-Approval Letter

Hi,

I am a new investor, with one buy and hold investment property.  I invest out of state and purchased my current property in cash.  Now I am in search of my next property but this one I would like to finance.  I am looking to obtain a $50,000 to $60,000 mortgage. My income is low, because I only work part-time.  I have the 10% or 15% down payment.  As far as my credit history, it is practically blank.  I just obtained a credit card (3 months ago) in order to build up my credit.

My area of interest is currently OH and would like some guidance on how to go about obtaining a pre-approval letter.  I plan to travel to OH in 2 weeks to view properties.  

Any recommendations of brokers in the OH area.
