AMI Limit for household of 4 with sole income

Hoping someone can provide information on or point me in the right direction to find the Area Median Income limits for a household of 4 (myself, spouse, and 2 kids). We have a single W2 income and rental income from a duplex we house-hack. We want to buy and house-hack another duplex. From what I understand AMI for low-income mortgages are based on household size, among other factors, but I cannot seem to find a resource or tool that provides what the 80% AMI is in my area for a household of 4.

Thanks
