Compliance issue on LE

Mayra Ochoa
Posted

A lender credit was disclosed on the Lock LE instead of being shown as the Seller credit. Closing disclosure has not been sent out yet. Compliance states there is no way to remediate this unless a new file is created.

lender credit is 6900 which is the seller concession and no COC can be issued for "incorrect" lender credits. Any idea on what can be done without restarting the file? This needs to be closed by end of the week.
