hello, thanks for reply my post.
these propeties are 3/2 or 3/2.5 2stoy condomium. i got them from REO or foreclosure and i paid all cash already ($20,000-$$23,000 each one). i fixed up and rent out. now i want get 70%ltv or loan of credit of line for market value($39,000-$43,000 each) . is that possible?
