New Lender Wanting to Do this Right - Licensing Requirements?

Hello all. I'm a new (upcoming) lender in Georgia and am struggling to get a straight answer to my question on licensing requirements before offering up services. Everything keeps pointing me to a Mortgage Lender License with NMLS but that refers to residential mortgages (as if they are owner-occupied). I also read that after 4 or 5 loans you have to get licensed in Georgia, but again it's not clear which license is needed. It's not even clear which agency is over this, if any. Can anyone point me in the right direction or give a clear answer of where to go based on personal experience? Thank you so much.
