Hello I’m new to bigger pockets and Real Estate. I’m looking to purchase my first property and I have a decent amount of money saved for down payment and closing cost etc. I make decent amount of money 70-80k yr and have solid work history but I recently started a new career in trucking and I’m getting paid by the mile. I’ve been with my current company since Nov 2022 and I can’t find a lender that would approve me for a loan everyone is requiring me to have two yrs work history with my current employer. I found a property that I want made an offer on it because a mortgage broker pre approved me but later told me that they couldn’t approve me. I’m discouraged and would appreciate any suggestions on what I can possibly do to get a home loan. Is my only option to work two yrs at this current job?
