New to town - Want to build relationships

Saugat Pradhan
Posted

Hi! My name is Saugat and I'm moving to greater Cincinnati from South Dakota in the upcoming months. I have been selling houses as an agent for almost two years in South Dakota, and will be continuing to do that once I move to Cincinnati. Since I will be new to the town, I would greatly appreciate it if I could get some help connecting with other professionals in this field such as mortgage lenders and title agents, etc... I'm also planning on doing fix & flips and buying rentals, would love to connect with other investors.

Thank you!

Hey Saugat. I agree with Mateo, the forums meet up page is a great spot to look for local real estate meet ups and events. Also, I recommend checking out Facebook groups and meetup.com as those tend to have a lot of real estate related groups/meet ups you can find.
