Deferred Interest Payments - Hard Money Loans

Good afternoon!

I am a remote BRRRR Investor. Currently investing in small multi family but looking to transition to commercial value add's in the future. I am looking for someone to refer me to a lender/ company who provides HM loans but with deferred interest payments! Looking to scale with more acquisitions but at the same time mitigating the monthly recurring interest payments during the duration of the loan. I appreciate all of your advice and references in advance.

Hey James - as mentioned above, I am not aware of any lenders offering loans with deferred interest payments. I think your best bet would be a private lending individual but as Chris said, it just doesn't really make sense from a lenders perspective.
