Sell Subject To to my partnership LLC?

Beau Sydes
Posted

Hello everyone,

Can I sell my STR to my partnership LLC via Sub To?

The property is already deeded to the LLC. But I'm wanting to get the DTI off my personal balance sheet so that I can purchase a new Primary Residence.

I've read that if a property is sold Sub To and if you use a Loan Servicer and transfer Title insurance into the LLC's name, then you should be able to remove 75% off your personal DTI and 100% after one year.

I just haven't read about anyone doing this process with an LLC which they are a partner of.

Any advice is much appreciated.
