After months of bad news in the real estate industry, lenders shutting down, and rates increasing at record pace, it is refreshing to read an article portraying some good news.

Mortgage application volume increased for the first time in 8 weeks, according to the latest data from the Mortgage Bankers Association. With more rate hikes to come, this feels like a tease but we'll take it none the less. It certainly gives us hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
