Title Company Allowing Online Notarizing [Land Investing]

Hi BP Community,

I am wondering if anyone knows of/can recommend a title company in Texas that allows online notarizing? I am a new land investor, but am currently located abroad, so the notarization must be online (will use notarize.com or something similar).
