Hanging a real estate license

I currently own a couple of properties that I've been managing myself and now I'm determined to expand that skillset into managing other peoples properties. I just passed my real estate license exam and now need to hang my license with a managing broker. I dont have any interest in buying or selling houses right now just managing. Does anyone have any advice on what to look for in a managing broker? Or know if I'm able to hang it with a sales company even though thats not the field I'm interested in?
