Hello, I am looking for recommendations for a lender that will loan to a 3 person LCC for a property we are looking to acquire in Chester, PA. Looking for a 30-year or 20-year fixed rate mortgage. We intend to rent to college students, so we think a DSCR loan may be our best option as our cash flow should easily hit the lenders threshold.
