Heloc on commercial property (8 unit) in Cincy?

Hey ya'll, anybody know of lenders that would be willing to help me open up a heloc on an 8 unit?  i currently owe 150 on it and it would conservatively appraise at 500+.

Thanks @Scott Trench - here's an updated list (called 7/5/22) in case anybody is keeping up w/ this thread - 

Only two lenders that have a heloc product on commercial/investments - 

1. US Bank - better rates

2. Cinfed (specific to OH)
