Residential Property Management

My wife has been in commercial real estate as a property manager for the last couple years. She stepped down recently to have our second child. We have been talking about her switching over to residential. She would obviously have to take the course to get her license. Is there any suggestions for part time work in the Cleveland area or remote work she could do to start to get a feel for the residential side?
