Newbie doing an FHA 203K! HELP!

Wilfrance Pouyes
Posted

Greetings everyone

I'm a new R.E.I with a property under contract, using an FHA 203K. Does anyone have any recommendations for a lender that is familiar with 203K in Philly that can give me a good rate? Also, any recommendations on great reasonably priced contractors that does 203Ks would be even better.

@Wilfrance Pouyes

HUD has 2 online database of lenders that provide info regarding their experience with the 203k.

Regarding contractors, I always recommend using contractor who have verified 203k experience or 203k education, such as Certified 203k Contractors

If you need help finding and using the HUD lender databases for 203k lender, let me know.

Hope this helps!
