Private Lender Resource

Hi All, 

What is a good resource to find true Private Money Lenders?  To be clear, I am not looking for Hard Money Lenders.  I have plenty of those.  I am seeking a resource to find Private Lenders.  Meaning I want to be direct with the individual with the funds, not someone who is brokering other people's money.  My partner and I have experience, and offer aggressive returns.  We are doing Flips and Multiunits in Palm Beach County, FL.  If someone can point me in a good direction, that would be awesome!  Thank you!
