Question about getting Renovation Loan

So this question is for anyone, I'm looking for loan to renovate a property that a family member of mine has. its a store front with 3 apartments upstairs. The problem she running into is that she already renevonated all 3 apartments but doesnt have enough for now the store front. how can she go about getting a loan now for the store front? Is there a way for me to help? is there a way to get cut in on the deal if its benefacial. Keep in mind I have no experience no property just ok credit . how can help without having to come out of my own pocket of end up in a  bad deal.
