Updated almost 3 years ago,
Banks not approving seller carry on 20% down payment
I have been a bigger pockets listener for the past 3 years and am finally gaining traction with bigger deals, but with that new hurdles have come up. I have had 3 banks decline lending for an 18 unit apartment complex because of me being in a 100% financed situation. They say that for them to do the loan I need to bring 20% of my own equity, not the seller carrying it. Any suggestions.
Thanks!
