How to finance with partner bringing all cash

I am a newbie and working on finding my first home to flip.  I have been very fortunate to partner up with someone that has several million in liquid assets.  We want to flip single family homes along with buy and hold multi family properties for rental income.  To make this partnership work, I would like to contribute financially so he doesn’t have to take on all the risk. I don’t have any money to put down but I have no problem financing a house in my name.

What are my best financing options to make our first flip work for both parties?

I’m very excited about this opportunity because I have been wanting to get into real estate investing for many years but I haven’t had the financial resources/“right pieces in place” to make this dream a reality until now!

Thanks in advance for the help and advice you can share!
