Watermark Home Loans Not Returning Calls/Emails

Posted

Good Evening,

My significant other and I are in the process of trying to finalize a cash out refi with Watermark Home Loans and out of nowhere - the communication with the MLO came to a screeching halt. His last email ironically said "we're gonna get you on the VIP path from here." yet all of a sudden he won't return calls or emails. It's so bizarre.

Anyway, my credit has already been pulled and I'm ready to jump ship because I'm trying to finalize with our locked rate as to what I'm assuming will be a hike in the interest rates after the Fed speaks here in 6 days - nor do I want to start the process over again and re-apply with lenders and have my credit pulled again and I'm already out of the 45 day window to have multiple lenders pull. Do lenders accept the printouts of the 3 credit bureaus if it is within a specific time range?

Any help or advice in this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your experience and wisdom,

Chris
