Mortgage lender recommendations for young investors

Joshua Hudler
Posted

I am a new investor looking to do a house hack on a duplex for my first property. I turn 21 in May. My only concern is getting financed. I have been working since I was 16 and have had a credit card since. I also recently took out an auto loan for 10k. Other than that I have minimal credit history. I have up to 10k to put down and am looking to go FHA. Any information or suggestions would be appreciated!
