Financing 2 homes in bundle

Can someone please explain to me how it's possible to bundle 2 homes into a purchase while financing? I was originally looking at purchasing one home for about $140, but have found someone selling multiple low priced properties w/tenants in place, and would like to consider buying two. I'm just not sure if this is something that is an option, or would I have to buy one at a time? Thanks in advance!

really matters where you are located. some small local banks can package them together in one transaction. Other than that will need to be done one and time.
