Can a foreigner get a loan on a house easily?
Hi, I am Keelan and I am a South African boy that grew up in Taiwan, I was wondering if it will be possible fly to America, get a loan on an investment property and then fly back to Taiwan seeing as I don't have a job in the United States. Has anyone else been through this process before? The reason I really want to invest in the States is because the economy in South Africa is really bad and the economy in Taiwan doesn't provide any cashflow on any properties because the cost is too high. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
