Michigan Appraiser Questions - Looking to Become Appraiser

Posted

Hi All,

I am in Michigan and looking to make a career change to become a licensed real estate appraiser. I have been reviewing the licensing requirements and have found the education classes, but I am finding it difficult to find someone to work with to complete the 1000 hours of experience requirements.

Are there any Michigan based appraisers that would be open to chatting and answering some questions about the industry? I am looking to gain more insight about the appraiser profession and the best way to make this a smooth career change.

Thank you!
