On the look for a hard Money Lenders

I have a house where my offer was accepted for 68k. Rehab may take about 20k and ARV would be 150k. A hard money lender I spoke with offeref to give 33k in cash but that leaves me 20k short to be able to buy the 68k in cash as I'm getting the deal from a wholesaler and already sent the earnest money deposit. Any advice on finding a hard money lender who can offer the remainder of the cash or advice on funding would be appreciated!
