I am trying to narrow down what niche I would like to focus on as a RE agent. To help me with ideas I would like for you to tell me your niche and why you picked it?

Commercial real estate: With a specific skillset in triple net leasing and also apartment buildings. I picked commercial because I love the freedom, income, and hours along with analyzing numbers all the time. It's not emotional with drama but mathematical with making sense. I can make 5 to 6 figures in earnings with one closing. Best of all I like to help clients land great deals and have quality properties so that the properties pay off now and later on. It's not just a transaction to me it is a life long relationship with the client where we are in on transactions together. My service doesn't stop after a sale but continues on and on. Some brokers and agents just see a quick commission but I see people and families life savings on the line which I take very seriously. I love what I do and enjoy waking up everyday to do more of it and learn something new. Make sure you connect with whatever niche of real estate you go after. First you need to see if you even like real estate period. Many get in it for the money but find they have to work and they do not enjoy the craft. So if you enjoy real estate? YES or NO then proceed to the different niches. Label the pro's and con's of each and then analyze which most sounds like the goals you want to obtain. Sometimes you just have to try a few things the first year to see what you like and do not like.
