Interview with major luxury broker next week, how to prepare?

Hi, I'm a brand new agent who just got licensed. I reached out to a couple of brokers and was able to get an interview with one of them who has a total sales figure in the 100ms and comes from a brokerage that does has a sales volume in the top 3 for NYC. 

I'm simply trying to volunteer on their team, and do work for them so I can learn the industry until I know enough, and then hopefully join their team officially or have them as my overseeing broker. I just wanted to know how to full prepare for this interview especially for a broker who mostly works in luxury.
