Broker looking for advise in opening of own brokerage

Hi, my name is Khoa. I got my sale license in 2007 and my broker license in 2012. Since 2012 I have been working by myself without being under any brokerage. Recently, I know a couple of people that are planning to get their sale license. If I to open up my own brokerage what do I need other ten buying the E&O insurance for my agents?

Any advise is greatly appreciated.
