New Agent Looking for Positions Similar to Redfin Associate Agent

Are there roles at other brokerages similar to Redfin's Associate Agent positions? I know that licensed assistants exist. Do brokerages tend to let these roles have flexible hours, or are they usually more of a 9-5 thing?

I received my license last weekend, but still really like my day job (which pays better than I'm likely to do for a while as a new salesperson). I'm hoping to use my license and get some experience/networking in real estate on a more limited basis while I take my day job as far as I can until/if it stops being fulfilling. Until then, I can put in time on nights and weekends for real estate stuff. Redfin's AA seemed like a good fit, but one of their in-house recruiters told me that they aren't hiring AAs in my market right now. I'd rather get started soon, than to wait until something opens up with Redfin.

Thanks!

Associate Agents with Redfin are more like gig workers. They pay you as a contractor per event.
