Broker of Record Ohio

We run a large property management company in Kansas City with a second office just starting in St. Louis. Our total units under management are just over 1,000 and adding 50-100/mo. We have multiple institutional investors that are starting to buy in Ohio (Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland). They all want us to work with them in Ohio. We are needing a Broker of Record to work with for our Ohio office/subsidiary company. Are you or anyone you know interested in having this discussion? We are looking to move quickly. Thanks!
