Arizona Real Estate Investor here looking to branch out with some Out-of-State investing in Houston, Texas!

Looking to build a team consisting an investor-friendly realtor, property management company and some preferred lenders that service the area.

Looking to purchase buy and hold multi-families in the $500k - $1M range. Current portfolio consists of residential only but open to expanding to commercial.

Please let me know if anyone has any recommendations!
