From a real estate agent / brokerage point of view I don’t see a conflict of interest in representing the buyer and doing the loan, the bank may see that differently but they normally have a bunch of checks and balances in place. Now if you’re representing the seller and doing the loan for the buyer that would likely be a conflict of interest that I would steer clear of.
