New sale agent looking for brokers to join in

Matt James
Posted

Hey, I am in north FL and primarily an investor. To help myself buying and selling houses and save on the commissions, I passed the sales agent exam and have the license now. Would appreciate your input on where to find a broker group to join in.  I am hoping to join a group with minimal operation cost as I probably won't have a lot of volume. I am guess a small group might fit my need better as I image a larger named group might have higher overhead cost and therefore higher monthly charge. I do not need the fancy office, yard sign or even card as I am primarily representing myself and maybe a small number of friends.

Also, could you help list the main operation cost I can expect as a sale agent in the north FL Jacksonville area.

I am new to this area; any help would be appreciated!
