Broker signature requirement for Nevada real estate license

Hello BP community,

I got a bit of an off-topic question for you all today as I'm a bit stumped.  I'm currently in the process of getting my Nevada real estate license, not solely for investing purposes, I plan on working in the RE industry as well.  From the resources I've been reading online about the state's process, I need a broker's signature in order to be given the final certification for the license.  My confusion lies in the problem that for many of the job postings I've been considering applying for (not realtor-related positions) I need a valid Nevada real estate license, but how can I obtain one when I need a broker to sign off on me to begin with?  Does the broker signature not necessarily need to be by your "employer" but rather just someone in the profession willing to vouch for you?  I really appreciate any and all help with this!
