Becoming a real estate agent
Hey! I just turned 17 and was wondering if I’m legally allowed to take the 75 hour class for becoming an agent? Or is there a particular organization I should contact to make sure? I wanna be able to provide more value to the agents I meet I always feel bad when agents would meet me and I have nothing to offer so I figured since I want to become an agent and investor anyway it might be useful to take the course even though I can’t take the state exam until I’m 18.
