Getting disclosures before paying for inspection?
My buyer want the disclosures before paying for an inspection. The seller is requesting inspection is done within 7 days, but in California the seller has 7 days to submit the disclosures. I think we would have 3 days from getting the disclosures to review.
Does anyone have a suggestion how to counter something like, “buyer to perform inspection within seven days after receiving seller required disclosures”
Thanks! Mile
