Should I tear up original listing agreemment?

I have an LOI on 24 acres my client owns but is not listed in a agreement. The parcels are next to each other and I signed them to 15 acres to sell.

My question is do I just add another listing agreement for the offer or do I tear up the original to add together?

My BIC wants me to tear up original and add all together under one agreement.

Also this is my first real estate deal as I am new.

Thank you!
