Agent License - Red Tape

Hello Everyone,

I am an investor looking to get my license, mainly for access to the MLS and tax reasons.

Does anyone know of states with less requirements? I live in CA and it seems like a process here.

If you want the license for mls access.....you need to get the license where you want to buy, as all mls boards are local, and at best, statewide.
