Agent or Lending officer? Or both?
Im debating getting a real estate license or becoming a lending officer for real estate before getting into REI. I also think I could do both if I did them both part time and enjoy all market swings? Not to mention they should feed into each other for clients. Is this separation in duties part of a conflict of interest? Could I originate loans for somebody I sold property to? Would It be one or the other? Could I list a property and be the loan originator?
