AGENTS! AM I CRAZY?? Any thoughts?
When running comps on a home with a designated "Historic" value how would you differentiate from homes in the same neighborhood without the same designation? I'm looking at a home today priced at $140K when I have 7 comps in a .5 miles that don't cross 90K including one pending at $89K. Am I crazy or does the Historic Home designation increase the value that much while rocking with knob and tube wiring? Any thoughts?
