Hi there! I’m looking to work with an agent on Vancouver Island (Nanaimo/Comox/Campbell River and surrounding) or the Sunshine Coast (Powell River/Gibson). Looking to buy a house hack/Air Bnb or any sort of property where value can be added. I plan for this to be a long term investment. I’ve just sold my first property (mini flip/buy and hold) in the Greater Toronto market in hopes of aligning my personal and professional goals with a move out west.
